Successfully delivered the refurbishment and change
of use from offices to 6 residential apartments in a
Victorian terraced block on London’s Oxford Street,
opposite Selfridges. The project is part of a £7.3
scheme which included facade repairs, remodelled
retail offers and new Cat A office accommodation
