This contemporary house in Nicosia is composed of simple white volumes, carefully arranged to balance light, shade, and privacy in response to the Mediterranean climate. Deep overhangs and recessed openings reduce solar gain, while large areas of glazing connect the interior to the garden and outdoor living spaces. Internally, a restrained palette of white, natural stone, and timber creates a calm, minimal environment, enhanced by a double-height space that brings daylight deep into the plan.
